During the incredibly commencing Tam Dao smells a little bit environmentally friendly and rice-like, an interesting mixture, but within just minutes dries all the way down to a monolithic synthetic-smelling sandalwood that wholly stifles another notes. As time goes on, cedar would make its visual appeal and the sandalwood warms up and looks quite natural.
The EDP is completely perfect. It a beautifully smoothed-out sandalwood that never ever receives much too much to the "Wooden shop" territory.
On me, the EDT in the rounded bottle has good silage and longevity. I've never ever admired the opening of many Diptyque fragrances (all I get is severe hairspray), but the center and drydown constantly look exceptional.

Analyzed a 1ml dabber from Luckyscent. Lightweight, straight sandalwood and cedar. Smells like the inside of a wooden box as another person described. Much too linear and contemplative for my flavor, and a little as well significant for southern California.
